Nicollet Diner is a concept we've dreamed about for the last few years, it was only when finding what we
believe is the perfect location our plans started to take
form and quickly began to look more achievable.
We plan to open in the Spring of 2013 and quickly make The
Nicollet Diner a well-known neighborhood spot anyone can
enjoy a great meal while observing the bustling neighborhood scene
through floor to ceiling windows surrounding the dinette. We are
in the business of helping our guests to relieve their daily
stresses by providing peace of mind through great ambiance,
convenient location, friendly customer service and consistently high
quality menu options.
Nestled
between both the Minneapolis Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods, in
the area commonly referred to as Loring Park or Eat Street, The
location is arguably one of the most visible storefronts in the area,
